Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting a project inquiry, approving a proof, purchasing a product, or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms, Refund Policy, and Terms of Use.

Custom Design Work

Custom design work may include sim graphics, motocross graphics, helmet wraps, apparel concepts, team identity, or other visual design services. Project scope, deliverables, timing, and pricing may be confirmed by email, invoice, direct message, or written quote.

Proofs and Approvals

• Proofs are provided so customers can review spelling, numbers, colors, sponsor placement, model fitment, and general layout before final delivery or production.
• Customers are responsible for checking all proof details before approval.
• Once a proof is approved, CDJ Designs is not responsible for customer-approved spelling errors, incorrect numbers, wrong model information, sponsor issues, or other approved details.
• Printed colors, chrome, holographic, laminate, and vinyl finishes may vary from screen previews and mockups.

Customer-Provided Assets

You confirm that you have permission to use any logos, sponsor marks, photos, references, names, numbers, trademarks, or other assets you send to CDJ Designs. You agree not to submit content that violates another party's rights.

Payments

Some projects may require a deposit or full payment before design work, final file delivery, printing, or shipping begins. Unpaid work may be paused until payment is received. Shop products are paid for at checkout through our third-party payment provider before the order is processed.

Order Acceptance, Pricing, and Tax

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description, or is unavailable due to an error, CDJ Designs may cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after an order confirmation has been sent. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.

Refund Policy

• Custom design deposits may be non-refundable once work has started.
• Completed custom design work, approved proofs, digital files, and personalized printed products are generally not refundable because they are made for a specific customer.
• If CDJ Designs cancels a project before meaningful work begins, any unused payment may be refunded.
• If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order, contact cole@cdjdesigns.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and the order details.
• Refunds, reprints, or replacements for physical products are reviewed case by case.
• Shipping delays, incorrect customer shipping information, customer installation mistakes, and normal color variation from screen to print are not guaranteed refund reasons.

Stock Apparel & Merchandise Returns

Non-personalized, in-stock items - such as hats and other ready-made apparel that are not custom or made-to-order - may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags attached.

• To start a return, email cole@cdjdesigns.com with your order details within 30 days of delivery.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or missing tags may not qualify for a full refund.
• Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are excluded from this 30-day policy and follow the Refund Policy above.

Shipping and Installation

In-stock items such as hats and ready-made apparel typically ship within 2 to 3 business days of your order. Custom and made-to-order items ship after production, which varies by project and is confirmed with your quote. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier.

Customer shipping information must be accurate. For graphics, decals, and wraps, customers are responsible for surface preparation and installation unless a separate installation agreement is made. Installation errors, dirt, oil, heat, incorrect surface prep, or misuse can affect the final result.

Website and Shop Use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business inquiry purposes only. Do not attempt to copy, scrape, attack, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the website, shop, forms, or any connected systems.

Intellectual Property

CDJ Designs owns or licenses the website design, original artwork, mockups, portfolio layouts, page copy, brand assets, and design concepts unless otherwise stated in writing. Customers receive the final deliverables described in their quote or invoice, not ownership of all source files, drafts, templates, or unused concepts unless that is specifically agreed to.

Portfolio Rights

Unless privacy is agreed to before the project starts, CDJ Designs may display finished work, proofs, mockups, screenshots, and project photos in the portfolio, gallery, shop examples, social media, and marketing materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CDJ Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to use of this website, design services, digital files, or physical products.

Changes to These Terms

CDJ Designs may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
